3.) When filling out the form please do not use sticky caps (LiKe ThIs) or use ridiculous names, i.e. "crazygirl90210". If the name you supply is too fantastic I'll simply shorten it to something I see fit.

I will not list any sites that have illegal, harmful, offensive, or adult content. (i.e. racist, pornography, hentai, etc.)
